Becoming eligible to get paid

Verify your identity and add your payout bank info to earn on Duzlo. Check your status in Settings and provide additional info if needed.

Updated over a month ago

Before you can submit posts to a campaign and earn money on Duzlo, you must first complete our identity verification and payout details process. This ensures you're in good standing to receive payouts and is a standard process on all platforms where users are expected to earn $500 or more.

Check your eligibility status

  1. Sign in to your Duzlo account and go to your Settings page.

  2. Scroll to the Payouts section.

  3. Look at your status:

    • Active – Your account is in good standing and eligible to get paid on Duzlo!

    • Needs Information – Additional information is required to become eligible for payouts.

    • Under Review – Our payment provider is currently reviewing your information.

    • Not Started – We need to verify your identity and payout details before you can submit posts and get paid.

    • Rejected – Our payment provider rejected your application. Contact our support team for more information.

    • Any other status – You’ll need to complete the steps as instructed.

Completing the verification process

If your status isn't Active, you'll be prompted to provide basic identity and banking information. This is a one-time onboarding process that typically takes just a few minutes and is often approved nearly instantaneously.

As part of onboarding, you'll also choose the bank account where you want payouts sent. You can update this information later if needed.

Note: If your residence address or any of your personal details change, you may be prompted to update your information.

If your account status changes

If your payout eligibility falls out of good standing while you have active submissions:

  • You may still accrue earnings, but

  • Those funds will be on hold and won’t be paid out until your payout status returns to Active.
