Our submission review process

Learn how Duzlo reviews post submissions, what can cause rejection, and how we detect inauthentic engagement.

Updated this week

Every post submitted to a campaign on Duzlo goes through a manual review process to ensure quality, fairness, and compliance with the campaign’s requirements.

How the review process works

When you submit a post to a campaign it is added to Duzlo’s internal review queue and typically reviewed within 24-48 hours.

During peak periods or holidays, reviews may take longer. If your submission remains unreviewed for an extended period of time, feel free to open a support ticket.

What we check for

Our team checks your submission against the campaign brief to ensure the content fulfills all requirements and adhere's to Duzlo's Content Policy.

If your post doesn’t meet the campaign requirements or goes against Duzlo's content policies, it will be rejected, and you'll receive a reason explaining why.

Fixing a rejected submission

Not all rejections are final. In some cases, you can edit and resubmit the same post:

  • Fixable issues include missing hashtags or slight caption adjustments

  • Unfixable issues like posting to an incorrect platform or posting irrelevant or low-quality footage may require creating a new post entirely

Appealing a rejection

If you believe your submission was incorrectly rejected, you can submit an appeal by opening a support ticket through the Help Center. Be sure to include your post link, the name of your campaign, and any relevant context when reaching out such as the reason you were provided as to why the submission was rejected.

Authenticity checks and ineligible submissions

We take content authenticity seriously. Duzlo uses advanced tools and algorithms to detect botted views or other forms of inauthentic engagement.

  • Submissions found to have manipulated view counts or other forms of engagement such as fake likes or comments will be disqualified

  • Any earnings already rewarded for that submission will be clawed back

  • Your account may be banned from Duzlo

Checking your submission status

You can check the status of your submission at any time:

  • If it’s under review, it will say Unreviewed on the submission card

  • Once approved, the amount earned will appear in place of the status

In rare scenarios where your submission is still pending review when the campaign budget is reached, unfortunately it will be automatically rejected and won't receive payment. Once the budget is exhausted, the campaign closes, and there's no funds left for unreviewed submissions. That's why we recommend submitting your posts quickly while there's still a decent amount of budget available. Remember, our review process typically takes 24-48 hours, so timing is crucial.
