Why hasn't my submission been reviewed yet?

Submissions are usually reviewed quickly, but delays can happen. Here’s what to know if yours is still pending review.

Our submission review team works hard to review content as quickly as possible. Most submissions are processed within 24–48 hours, but there are times when delays can occur due to high volume or other factors such as holidays.


What to expect

If your submission is still under review after 3 days, don’t worry—your earnings won’t be affected by the delay.

  • Once your post is approved, your first payment will include all the views your post received from the moment it was published, not just from the time of approval.

  • This means you won’t miss out on earnings due to the delay.


Should you reach out?

You’re welcome to contact us if you're concerned, but we recommend only opening a support ticket if:

  • It’s been unreviewed for roughly a week

  • You believe there may be a technical issue or mistake

  • The campaign is nearing the end of its duration or budget

Opening a ticket too early or without a real concern can slow things down, since support responses also take time.


In the meantime

You can check your submission status at any time by:

  1. Going to your profile

  2. Clicking the Submissions tab

  3. Looking for the Unreviewed badge next to your post

Once reviewed, this badge will be replaced with your earnings total (if approved) or a rejection reason (if declined).
