Submitted the wrong link by mistake? Don’t worry—invalid posts are rejected automatically. Here's what to know.

If you accidentally submitted the wrong social media post to a campaign—don’t panic. This can happen, especially if you're submitting to multiple campaigns and copying links frequently.


What happens when a wrong post is submitted?

If the post doesn’t meet the campaign’s requirements, our submission review team will reject it during the manual review process. No further action is needed from you.


Will this hurt my account?

A couple mistaken submissions over an extended period of time is not a problem—mistakes happen. However:

  • If we notice frequent accidental submissions, our team may reach out to help you avoid future mistakes.

  • If we determine you are intentionally submitting unrelated or incorrect posts, your account may be restricted from participating in campaigns.
