If you accidentally refreshed your browser or closed the campaign creation dialog mid-creation, unfortunately all of your input will be lost. This includes your campaign title, brief, settings, and any uploaded media.
Currently, Duzlo does not autosave campaign drafts, and there is no way to retrieve unsaved data once the dialog has been closed or the page refreshed.
Why this happens
The campaign creation process takes place in a dialog overlay on the site. Refreshing the page or closing the dialog cancels that process entirely—and any data entered is cleared immediately. This ensures a clean start each time but also means unsaved work is not preserved.
How to avoid this in the future
To reduce the risk of losing your progress:
Write your campaign brief in a separate document first.
This allows you to take your time, revise, and safely save your work elsewhere. Once finalized, copy and paste it into the dialog. After pasting in your brief, double check formatting.
Line breaks and formatting can sometimes carry over inconsistently, so be sure to adjust for clarity before publishing.
We know it’s frustrating
We understand how disappointing it can be to lose work due to a refresh or misclick. Drafts and autosave functionality is something we're already exploring for future improvements.
