Our user authentication process

Learn how Duzlo's email-based sign-in system works and what to do if your login link isn’t working.

Updated today

Duzlo uses a secure, email-based authentication system to help you sign in quickly—without needing a password. Whether you're creating a new account or signing back in, the process is designed to be simple and secure.

How it works

  1. Go to duzlo.com and click Sign In or Sign Up

  2. Enter the email address that is, or will be, associated with your account

  3. You’ll receive an email from [email protected] with a sign-in link

  4. Click the button (or use link) to verify your email and access your account

If this is your first time signing in with that email, a new account will be created for you automatically.

Important things to know about your sign-in link

  • The link is valid for one-time use only

  • It expires after 24 hours

  • If you request another link, older links become invalid—always click the link in the most recent email

If the link isn’t working

Some email clients—especially Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook on iOS or Android—may open the link in a "preview" inside the app. This can cause the sign-in link to be consumed in the wrong browser, and it may not complete your login where you expect.

If this happens:

  • Scroll down in the email and copy the full sign-in URL (we include it for this exact reason)

  • Paste it manually into the browser you want to use

This ensures the link works as intended and opens your session in the correct place.

Didn't receive the email?

If you don’t see the login email within a couple minutes:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Look for an email from [email protected] (mark as safe sender)

  • If needed, return to Duzlo and request a new sign-in link
