Why we require manual email updates
To protect your account and prevent unauthorized access, we currently handle all email change requests manually. This ensures that ownership of the account is verified before the email is updated.
How to request an email address change
To change your email address:
Send us a message or open a support ticket through the Help Center
Include the following details in your message:
Your current email address
The new email address you want to use
A brief explanation confirming you want to update your account email
Our team will verify your identity before making the change.
After your email is updated
Once we’ve processed the change:
You’ll receive a confirmation email at your new address
Your sign-in process will use the new email going forward
All future Duzlo-related notifications will be sent to the updated address
