If you're having trouble submitting your post to a campaign, don’t worry—there are several common reasons this can happen, and most are easy to resolve. This guide will walk you through what to check and how to fix the issue.
First, make sure you’ve verified your social account
You must verify the exact social account you’re submitting a post from.
If you haven’t done this yet, head to Settings > Social Connections and follow the steps to verify. Learn how to verify your social account →
Common issues preventing post submission
1. Your account is private
The post must be from a public account so our system and review team can access its metrics and content.
2. Post has hidden metrics
If your post has likes, comments, or view counts hidden, it won’t be accepted. Make sure these are publicly visible.
3. Post hasn’t reached the minimum view count
Most campaigns require your post to have at least 1,000 views before it can be submitted. Check the campaign requirements for the exact threshold.
4. Post is missing required elements
Some campaigns have built-in rules that your post must follow to be eligible, such as:
Specific hashtags, @mentions, or audio
Required duration (minimum or maximum length)
Platform eligibility (e.g., campaigns for TikTok only)
If your post is missing any of these or is posted on a platform the campaign does not support, it won’t be accepted.
5. URL error or typo
Double-check that the link you’re submitting:
Is a direct link to the post, not a profile or video page preview
Does not contain any typos or broken formatting
Is publicly accessible without additional permissions required
Still stuck?
If you’ve reviewed everything above and still can’t submit your post:
Double-check the campaign brief for any custom rules
Refresh the campaign page and try again
If the issue continues, open a support ticket through the Help Center and we’ll help you troubleshoot
